Good to know
One person, one ABSSIN. We check your NIN and phone number before creating a new record. If you already have one, we will tell you and help you retrieve it instead of creating a duplicate.
Your NIN is verified in the background. Registration is not delayed by it — you receive your ABSSIN immediately, and we confirm your NIN against NIMC afterwards.
Your photograph. You take it on the page with your camera, which tells you how to stand. Your photo is stored on your identity record only.
Prefer in person? Any Abia State revenue office or an accredited collection agent can enrol you on the spot.
