I paid but my notice still shows unpaid
Bank transfers can take a few minutes to reflect. Open your notice page again shortly — it reads directly from the central ledger, and paid notices update automatically once your transfer is confirmed.
I can’t find my ABSSIN
Use the claim flow on the sign-in page — you can search by your registered phone number. Individuals verify with a one-time code sent to the number on record.
My receipt won’t verify
Check the reference for typos. If it still fails, contact support with a photo of the receipt — an unverifiable receipt may indicate fraud, and we’ll investigate.
