Health Facility Registration
Register a private hospital, clinic, maternity home, laboratory, pharmacy or other health facility.
Who can apply
The proprietor — a person by their own ABSSIN, or a company by its business ABSSIN.
- I am the proprietor
- I am applying for the company that owns the facility
What you receive
A facility licence (MOH-HSP-2026-000123) valid for two years, with a QR code anyone can verify.
It is valid for 2 years from the day it is issued. It is issued as the Certificate of Registration of a Health Facility, with a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine and in force.
