Before you give up on the camera
Two things fix most problems:
- Opened from WhatsApp or Facebook? Those apps open links in a small built-in browser that cannot use the camera. Tap the menu (⋯) and choose Open in browser, then try again.
- On a laptop with no camera? Open services.abiastate.gov.ng on your phone and register there — it takes about a minute.
